Part-Time Maids   (One, Twice, Thrice weekly, Spring Cleaning etc)

After a hard day’s work, we know how relaxing it is to return to the privacy of a clean, tidy and comfortable home.  At  A-Team,  this is exactly what we aim to do.  Our part-time maids are carefully screened to ensure that they have the relevant experience and right attitude to work in your home.  We offer weekly cleaning service of at least once a week of  4-hour duration, per cleaning session.

Agency Fee

• Chinese speaking  –  from $168
• English speaking    –  from $208

Remarks:

1. Agency Fee is a one-time payment which includes up to a one-year guarantee for replacement of maids. Terms and conditions apply.
2. Agency Fee may vary according to frequency/day of service, size of apartment/house, location etc. For an exact quote, kindly contact us or email enquiry form to us.
3. Cancellation of confirmed job with less than 24 hours notice is subject to an admin fee of $30.
4. Agency fees paid are non-refundable.

Hourly Cleaning Rates

To promote loyalty between the maid and the client, the maid is paid directly by the Client at the end of each cleaning session.

• from $10/hr – Weekdays
• from $12/hr – Sat/Sun/PH/Weekday nights
• from $15/hr – Weekend nights
• Duration:   Minimum 4 hours per cleaning session.

Remarks:

1. For English speaking maids or fortnightly cleaning, please add $2/hr to the cleaning rates.
2. Cleaning rates may vary if cooking, washing of laundry, hand mopping of floor is required or for bigger apartment or house etc.
3. Cleaning products & equipments to be provided by the Client.

Weekly Duties

1. Dusting/Cleaning of all rooms, kitchen
2. Washing of toilets
3. Vacuum and mop floors
4. Press and iron clothing

Periodical Duties

1. Wipe interior windows, mirrors doors, fans
2. Clean refrigerator, oven, cooker hood
3. Wipe interior of kitchen cabinets and drawers

Babysitters   (Part-Time or Full Time)

Whilst at work or away from home,  we know how important it is for you to leave your little ones in the safe hands of a trusted nanny. At A-Team,  this is exactly what we aim to achieve. Our nannies are carefully screened to ensure that they have all the relevant experience and expertise suited to look after your child.  Having a nanny living close to your home or to a place of your preference is also an important consideration in our search process.

Babysitting

Part-Time Babysitter

Full-Day Babysitter
- from $1800 per month onwards. Fee will vary according to the working days/hours.
- Agency Fee : 25% of babysitter's salary (for full-time babysitting only)

At Babysitter's House

Agency Fee:   $30   (for full-day babysitting only)

7:30am - 7:30pm (Day)
• 5 days (Mon to Fri) : from $600 per month
• 5½ days (Alt. Sat) : from $650 per month
• 5½ days (Every Sat) : from $700 per month


24 Hours (Day/Night)
• 5 days (Sun night to Fri night) : from $900 per month

Remarks:
   1.   For babies above 6-month, please add food costs of $80.
   2.   Client needs to provide milk powder, disposable diapers etc.

  
Confinement Nannies   (Day or 24-hr)

Congratulations! The joy of having a new addition to the family is definitely worth waiting for.

After a tiring 40-week pregnancy period, we know how important it is for you to have a really good rest and proper nutrition. At  A-Team, this is exactly what we like to do. Our local confinement nannies  are  carefully  screened  to  ensure  that  they  have  the  relevant  experience  and expertise to work in your home and help you to recuperate better. Besides ensuring that you have the proper confinement food, our nanny will also take good care of your newborn whilst you are resting. Unlike getting a foreign nanny, you will get to interview our local nanny face to face.

Fee

• Day (9am to 5pm, 28 days)   –   from $2100
• 24-hr (28 days)   –   from $2800

Remarks:   A transport fee of $50 is chargeable for the interview.
The transport fee will be waived if the Client places a deposit during the interview.

Daily Duties

1. Grocery shopping
2. Confinement cooking for the mother
3. Laundry for the mother and newborn
4. Taking care, feeding and bathing newborn.
5. Cleaning up the kitchen daily.
6. Sweep daily and mop the floor twice a week.

Post-Natal Massage Therapists

Indulge yourself in a really good massage session by our professionally trained and certified Post-Natal Massage Therapists. We only use premium lemongrass oil and jamu herbs.
