Cleaning Rates will be paid directly to the helper upon completion of each session.
Cleaning rates may vary according to location, size of house/apartment, duties etc.
For fortnightly cleaning, please add $2/hr to the cleaning rates.
Cleaning products & equipment will be provided by the Client.
The Client shall allow each helper a probation period of 4 sessions before requesting for a replacement, if any. A minimum notice period of 5 working days is required from the Client for the replacement of a new helper.
The Client shall allow the helper to carry out her duties on a regular basis, per frequency and at the same address as per contract.
The Client shall liaise through A-Team for any future assignments to be given to the same helper.
